  1. Postage and Shipping

For the moment Mourning Cross use Royal Mail to post pins across the world and first class. You will receive your pins between 1-3 days for R.O.I. and U.K. orders, for Europe, U.S. and the rest of the world, please allow between 5-10 working days.

 

  1. Cancelation and Refund

If for any reason you would like a refund, all customers have the right to cancel their orders under the Distance Selling Regulations which gives consumers extra protection when buying online.

You have the right to cancel and receive a refund of a good without having to give a reason at any time within the “cooling off period” of seven working days, beginning on the day after you receive the goods.

If you are in possession of a Mourning Cross pin(s) you are under the duty to retain and take reasonable care of it (them). You must send the book back to us to our contact address at your own cost (unless we delivered the item to you in error or the item is damaged or defective) as soon as possible once you have cancelled the contract. 

Once you have notified us that you wish to receive a refund, any sum debited to us will be refunded to you as soon as possible and in any event within 30 days of your cancellation.
